Choosing Ross as our mortgage broker was the best decision we could have made during our home buying journey. Ross was by far the most knowledgeable and transparent of the brokers we spoke with, and it was obvious from the get-go that he would work hard to make sure that we ended up with the best loan for our situation with the lowest rates. When we first started the process, we were a little unsure of how to tackle the finance side of things as I was a graduate student and had not yet started my post-grad job. I was always under the impression that I could not afford to buy a home because I did not make enough money and that I did not have a 20% down payment. He also was able to work with my Realtor to guide her on how to structure the transaction so that we were able to get the seller to contribute towards the closing costs as well. Also my Realtor and I thought the only chance I had to get a loan was to go FHA. Ross not only educated me on the pros and cons of Conventional verses FHA, but also educated my Realtor, who now refers her clients to Ross too.  I will always recommend Ross! He made me feel very important when others did not.

Ross made the mortgage process truly as easy as possible. Coming back from a foreign assignment, we had some unique challenges and Ross was able to accommodate our situation.
